so is ab crunches considered strenth training?

Just read to do weight -strength training 1st then cardio, I usually do cardio, abs, then upper weights but if it is better to do opposite I will try that

I would consider crunches a strength training exercise. As far as order goes....I lift first and then do HIIT or swim (cardio). Reason being....that's just my preference. Do whatever you want to first.0

Work you lower body, too, squats and lunges are a great way to get those large muscle groups working to burn the fat and tighten/lift your butt - and who doesn't want that?0
