A diet pop, or an ounce of sugar free chocolate. I try to keep some on hand. I am out of control in 5 seconds flat if I get any real sugar in me, I just can't stop til I feel ill.0

Normally I have a HUGE sweet tooth, but since I have started my diet it has been less so. (Lucky for me) Now if I feel the need for some chocolate I grap a 60cal jello Dark chocolate pudding.
*Forgot to mention that the pudding is sugar free.*0 -
Ghiradelli 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips...amazing! Just have to limit it to 8 or 10, and savor them! :happy:0

I have replaced a lot with fruit and a favorite of mine is strawberries sprinkled with a tiny bit of powdered sugar0

I love frozen cherries. I keep a tupperware of fresh cherries in my freezer. When you eat them frozen, they taste like tiny cherry popsicle bites! Yum!
Also, frozen banana sandwiches! Slice a banana. Make a mixture of one part sugar-free cool whip with one part creamy peanut butter. Make a little sandwich with the banana slices as the bread and the pb/cool whip mixture as the filling. Freeze them and they are sooo good!
And, of course, chocolate chips. I like to mix them with marshmallows in a baggie. But I have to be careful... I have been known to go a bit overboard at times. I heart chocolate.0 -
Use real sugar. My cravings all but disappeard once I stopped using artificial sweeteners over 2 months ago.0
-
I don't have a solution to beat the cravings, so I simply just stick a spoon in a jar of peanut butter or honey, scrape off the excess & enjoy. (It's even better if both are blended together.)0

Gummy bears - yum! That's a terrific idea.
I really enjoy frozen fruits. They're usually in small "bite-size" pieces so I can snack on them at work and the natural sugars are surprisingly enough!0 -
Good Earth Tea
I make my own hot chocolate with nonfat milk, sugar and cocoa (and that whipped cream in a can)
Sugarless gum
I drink WAY TOO many diet cokes throughout the day. Addicted I think to both the sweetness and the caffeine.0 -
Skinny Cow products! Life savers!!!0

I freeze Jell-O dark chocolate mouse temptations.
I also LOVE frozen bananas... I need the potassium anyway.0 -
I love Skinny Cow ice cream, a bit expensive but worth it and only 90-140 calories depending on what you buy.0

Chocolate vita muffin top, sliced in half, top with cool whip free and half of banana sliced in between. Its only 148 calories! Artic zero is a very low calorie ice cream sold at publix and most health food stores, doesn 't taste that great but a 1/2 cup of chocolate ice cream from 37 calories... I will make it work lol.0

I eat a peppermint. Nothing taste so great after a peppermint. By the time the peppermint is gone so is the craving.0
-
Kahlua and milk. Not low cal except I do use skim milk. I call it Mom's chocolate milk. Oh how I love it. I just don't have it but a few times a year.0

I'm currently addicted to the Nabisco Honey Maid 100 calorie cheesecake bars. I eat at least one a day. It's better than buying an entire cheesecake and eating half of it, which is what I used to do.0
-
Oh, and hard candy. I get a variety bag - cinnamon, butterscotch, strawberry, etc. Eating a couple of pieces usually satisfies my sweet tooth.0
-
Maple covered Pecans. Sounds sinful and at 190 cals for 1/4 cup could turn into a problem quick. One serving is amazingly good and healthy to boot. " they pack more antioxidants than any other nut ". --- The Men's Health Big Book of Food and Nutrition
They are also high in Vitamin E!0 -
I like the extra "apple pie" gum... OMG yummy.... or a handful of mini marshmellows...0
-
If I have a craving for something sweet and chocolate, I whip up a cup of Maxwell House International Dark Mayan Chocolate Latte. Oh my, it is so good! And if you make it with water & sweeten with Splenda, it is only 50 calories.0

Sugarless gum, 10 Reeses Pieces( I used to eats a couple of handfuls everyday), popcycle, miniature candy bar, peppermint stick, if I really want something sweet I try to make it a really small portion and if that doesn't work I wait awhile and have another.0
