    How did you do it and how long did it take?

    Thanks! I eat around 1200 cals a day, 30 to 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and not eating back my exercise calories (most of the time!!!) It's been 5 months now !

    You look AMAZING! Do you do anything else other then cardio like crunches or anything?

    Not really often :ohwell: I need to add more strength training to my routine.
