I was wanting to start eating low carb and well Im struggling. I love my pastas and breads and well everything that is full of carbs. I was wanting to see if anyone here had any low carb recipes they could share..Thanks!

Thank you for posting this!!! My husband is doing the Atkins diet and I am changing my eating habits to healthier ones as well so I have been looking for yummy low carb foods we can both eat!0 -
Have to agree with Marll. Usually if you are diligent with the low carb routine, the cravings will end and for me, I just kept telling myself that I could have them, just not right then. Because; in a few weeks you can probably start adding a few in slowly depending on the plan you are on.
Atkins worked well for me & some friends. In the back of the Atkins book there are a lot of recipes and substitutes that I found very helpful.

A couple that my sister and I used to use were both chicken recipes. The first was to crunch up pork rinds and use it as breading (my sister always used bbq flavor) and then bake as normal. The second was to mix parmesan cheese with a dry italian dressing mix packet and coat the chicken then bake as normal. Yummy!0
