I actually just joined mfp to keep as an application on my phone to track my calories. I don't have a bunch of friends to share this experience with and now want to have some friends :) So add please!

I got up to 191 after having my son and was so close to 200lbs. On a 5'3 that is literally obese. I am now 167 and my original goal was 150. I wanted to make it realistic so I wouldn't give up. It's going so well and I have no intention on giving up so my goal now is 145 and then when I get there we'll see how I like my body.

In 3 months I've gained so much strength and endurance. When I first started, I would try to run and would make it half way down my street. A few days ago I mastered my 5k. Now I'm working on time.
