Go to youtube and type something like "workout motivation" in the search feature. I found some cool Nike commercials and other stuff with good soundtracks. It helps me get pumped up to get started.0

I like to dance, I don't have a lot of room in my apt. I was going to order the 30 day shred but is there a dance workout (other than zumba) that's good?0

I find the turbo fire videos are pretty good. not strictly dance, but still amusing.0 -
Find what you actually like doing and make a game of it. I love to cycle...so this year I am "virtually cycling across America". 3069 miles. Roughly 60 miles a week. My husband is doing it too, as are some of my girlfriends who are scattered across the country. If you like to run (or want to run) do a Couch to 5k training program (I did that last summer and it was awesome!). If you find what you love, it's not work!0
