I've recently discovered the wonder that is stevia. I put a half cup of strawberries and a cup of blueberries in a bowl together and sprinkle them with a single packet of Pure Via. It's only around 85 calories. It's super sweet, but still great for you!

    Fat free frozen yogurt (vanilla)
You can buy it at the store in an icecream like tub and it's only 90 calories a serving!

Really dark chocolate like 70+% because it's good for you and has fiber in it and half as much sugar!

    Calorie free sparkling water!
    Tastes like soda!

    90 calorie milkshake!
Now this might sounds gross to you but I love it!
-Take 1 cup skim (fat free) milk and some ice.
-Blend it and it makes a milkshake!
-add some sweetners and vanilla flavoring...and...
    -SHA-BAM! milkshake!...sorta! and it's good for you aswell. ;)

    Greek yogurt!
High calorie? Yes but have 1/2 cup and it's not bad, buy plain, fat free.
-Add sweetner and vanilla flavor. :)

The Greek yogurt I have is fat free, and is only 100 cal for the whole thing! I call that a WIN!

Nighttime is when I fall off the wagon the most. So I always make sure I have some semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips on hand, 1TB is about 70cal, but I eat them one by one and they are so rich its always plenty. I also really like a hot chocolate. And if I'm actually hungry and not just wanting a sweet, a serving of mini wheats with skim milk. I've just started really counting calories, but I so far usually have enough left over for a bowl of cereal if I need it.

I'm loving some of these other suggestions though!!

Weight Watchers has strawberry smoothie bars that are really good! Only 60 cals - not bad considering most desserts are WAY more!

We also LOVE the sugar free jell-o cups with a spoonful of cool whip on top. The jell-o has less than 10 cals, and because you're not eating that much of it, the cool whip isn't bad either.

Did anyone see the 42 Cal Cake that was just posted?!

They call it the 3-2-1 cake! Looks soooo good!

I will repost because I will be trying this for sure!

    INGREDIENTS:
1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 box Cake Mix - Any Flavor
    2 Tbsp Water

    DIRECTIONS:
In a ziploc bag, combine the two cake mixes together and mix well. For each individual cake serving, take out 3 Tablespoons of the cake mix combination and mix it with 2 Tablespoons of water in a small microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 1 minute, and you have your own instant individual little cake! Keep remaining cake mixture stored in the ziploc bag and use whenever you feel like a treat! You can top each cake with a dollop of fat free whipped topping and/or some fresh fruit.

    HELPFUL TIPS:
This recipe is called 3, 2, 1 Cake because all you need to remember is "3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, 1 minute in the microwave!" Try various flavors of cake mix like carrot, red velvet, pineapple, lemon, orange, etc. Just remember that one of the mixes has to be the angel food mix; the other is your choice. The flavor possibilities are endless

The website it is from... http://cake.betterrecipes.com/3-2-1-cake.html

If I'm craving something sweet at night and a handful of cherries or grapes just won't cut it, I eat whatever it is I want... provided I have calories left for it. If I have room left for it, I eat it! Even if it's a chocolate fudge sundae or cake, etc.

Blue Bunny Frozen Blueberry Yogurt! YUM! Top it with calorie free chocolate topping and it's heaven in a bowl. If I really want something special, I'll add some frozen berries.

Blend a cup of fat free peanut butter and tub of fat free cool whip. It's great if it is not quite thawed out when you mix it! :) Or a special K strawberry bar. Just 90 calories.
