Hi,

Just got £275 due to my old iphone 3G going missing and I'm now in the market for a new phone. Any ideas?

I'm after a smartphone and probably an android one. I've used the HTC Wildfire in the past and it was okay though a little slow.

Currently thinking of either a Wildfire S, Xperia Arc, Xperia Mini or HTC Sensation.

Not sure I want to spend the whole £275 on a phone when I can get something acceptable for half that and spend the rest on a treat.* :)

Oh and feel free to add me if anyone would like to.

  • Don't get an Xperia mini.... I loved it in pronciple, but it's too slow and doesn't have the best battery life.

Not to everyones taste, but HTC Cha Cha - Android phone withe touch screen AND full qwerty... I love it.
  • I have a Samsung Galaxy s2 and I love it. I've also had a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro (try saying that while drunk  ) and I loved that too, although I did have some problems with it.

    Thanks both.

I just ordered the Sony Erickson Xperia Ray. Seems like a nice and quite powerful if little phone. Shouldnt be an issue for me as I was happy enough with the Wildfire and its got a bigger screen than that.
