ingredients in your spinach smoothies?

Hey there, I always see people making a green smoothie out of spinach I love spinach but never thought it would taste good in a smoothie.. Can you guys tell me how you make all your smoothies that you have spinache in? Id like some ideas for some real healthy shakes !! Thanks

    I love adding spinach - you can't taste it - i usually do the following

    1 medium banana
    1 kiwi
    1/2 green apple
    1/2 cups of spinach - i don't measure - just grab a couple of handfuls
    ice
    water

    I made a smootihie that turned out delish

    - handfull of spinach
    - strawberries (3)
    - 1/2 banana
    - 1/2 green apple
    - 1/2 orange
    - handfull of almonds

    blend and enjoy

    Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
    2 tbs. chia seeds
    1 tbs. cold milled flax seeds
    1 &1/4 cup soy milk
    handful of spinach
    1 tbs instant coffee
    1 medium banana
    ice

    blend together. delicious!

    8 oz unsweetened almond milk
    1 TBSP Peanut Butter
    1/2 a frozen banana
    big handful of spinach
    1 scoop protein powder

    Sometimes I put cocoa powder in it if I want chocolate.

    the one i make most is 3/4 cup milk. half a banana, 3 oz spinach, 2 tblspoons peanut butter, a scoop of vanilla protein powder..but ill throw some spinach in any smoothie i make. you cant taste it at all
