Vitamin Supplements: What do are you taking?

To those of you who take supplements, what do you take? (And please don't turn the thread into a supplements vs no supplements debate. That's not the question, so move on LOL)
I currently take Centrum, vitamin C, folic acid, B6, biotin, L-formula lysine, vitamin D, and fish oil. I have noticed with the biotin that I do have healthier nails & hair, and with the fish oil my skin definitely looks better vs when I don't take either of the supplements.
What do you take? And what benefits have you noticed?

Won't let me edit the topic name. I made a typo. Meant for it to say "What do you take" but then I changed it to "What are you taking" but then I forgot to delete the "do." Whoops!0

I find supplements to be a very American 'thing' I don't take anything, maybe I should? (although I did try vitamin B for mozzies as I told it was a good natural repellent) x0

I take a multivitamin, Vitamin D, just started fish oil. Also potassium because if I don't, I have chronic deep cramps in my legs. I seem to be getting enough calcium from foods.0

If fish oil repulses you, try flax seed oil for Omega-3's. What other health benefits other than metabolism boosting are you looking for?0 -

I got myself one of those "old lady" weekly pill planners LOL. I sort out all my vitamins in it for the week and then keep it either in the kitchen or on my bathroom sink -- somewhere I will see it and remember "Duh, take your vitamins."0 -

This is a hot topic! Omega 3 fish oil, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin B complex, Calcium/vitamin C, zinc, creatine monohydrate
I was told by my derm to wear spf 15 DAILY and to take Vitamin D supplements... unless you eat 3 or more serving of oil fish/salmon a week - you need Omega 3 supplements. If you dont' eat many fruits or veggies you should take a multivitamin.0 -
Because I have been traveling back and forth to Louisiana, I've been taking airborne (or emergen-c), vitafusion gummy multivites for adults and halls defense drops.0

I own TONS of supplements. Just cause I acquired them all when I first realized the world of supplements.
As for supplements I try to take everyday:
Multi-Vitamin
Fish Oil
CLA (conjugated linoleic acids) - This is a good one!
Lethicin
Chromium
Zinc
C-Complex
B-12
Vitamin C depending on fruit consumption for the day.
Vitamin D in the winter.
Started taking Ashwagandha and Rhodiola recently as well.0 -
Creatine
Protein
Caffeine
DAA
Erase

How do you find glucosomine?
Fish oil is a very important supplement. There are many fish oil supplements that do not taste fishy. You could also take Flax Seed Oil as a alternative.
A B-Complex is a good supplement to take as well.0
