    That's soo amazing. I wish I had taken some before pictures of me when I was at 230 lbs. I'm down bouncing between 160-165 and just can't seem to get any further down! What did you do when it didn't flow off so easily? (assuming you hit a period like that, I mean!)

    Thank you, I am slightly less than 200lbs and hoping to get to that weight. I feel a bit more hopeful now :D

    First of all, thank you!

    It took me about a year to get down to a good size (like 135ish) and about another half a year to really slim down and get toned. I rock climb maybe 3 time a week right now. Before, during the weight loss process, I'd usually do 30-40 min on the elliptical in the morning and then a kickboxing and strength training class at night, maybe 3 times a week. I had a pretty strict diet, but allowed myself a treat every once in a while, like a small candy bar or a scoop of frozen yogurt.

    Wow you look great, don't even look like the same person! I started around 200 and would love to get to where you are
  • First of all, great job! Do you get any yoga in as well? It will help tremendously with your balance and flexibility while rock climbing. I initially scoffed at the idea of doing it myself until we got P90X and I did the yoga in the DVD set. Now I attend classes with or without my wife to help stretch and relax muscles that I workout during the week.
