Im curious if your stomach when you lost the weight had saggy skin on it and if it did how you get rid of it. I am on my new weight loss course and down 15lbs since I started. I am gonna work my *kitten* off to lose around 50lbs and wondering if there is anything I can do to avoid that saggy stomach skin I see on some who have lost quite a bit of weight. I don't carry a ton of stomach weight and have a pretty muscular midsection. Any answers would be appreciated and also looking for friends.

I'm not a man(obviously lol) but the only way to try to avoid saggy skin is to lose the weight at a slow and steady pace and to do strength training to help tighten up the skin.

Not everyone gets saggy skin, it just depends on your genetics and how much weight you have to lose.

guy here. shows a little on the sides. I guess you could say where the bottom of my ribs are. by the time I'm done I'll have it more but I'm not too overly concern. I'll keep on with the steady pace and strength training. I'll worry after a couple more years go by
