fat/!!!

anybody have any suggestions on how to lose stomach fat and that fat just below your butt? lol!

    Some may disagree, but in my experience one cannot target fat loss. You just have to lose, and eventually it will come off where it most bothers you.

    Butt and just below - Squats are good for that.

    Stomach, the only thing i can't think of is sit ups. Any Core exercises :)

    its true you cant target fat loss, it will all come off in its own time. you can do squats and such to target the muscles and strengthen them
