Hi my name is Ann and I have been trying to get into shape for a long time. My first grandson is due this week and I want to be healthy and fit so I can have many years to spoil and enjoy him I also have an 11 year old daughter who I want to set a good example for. I work shift work, long 12 hour shifts, so it isn't always easy to eat the right things. This past week I have found it helpful to log my meals and see where I stand with my calories at the end of the day. I have been doing a lot of walking but plan on starting the 30 day shred work out this next week. Looking forward to supporting everyone here and getting support for myself.

high my friends call me trisha i am needing to lose 40 pounds i got a historectomy and for health reason need to lose this weight i love to eat and lately it seems to become my past time this is going to be really hard for me GOOD LUCK TO US BOTH0

Its wonderful that you are taking the right steps to get your health in check and being a great example for your daughter. I know how hard it can be to find time to plan meals as well as workouts. What I love about this site is that you log your food and workout is an extra. The way the program is set up is that you lose weight if you are being honest with the logging.
