OMG!! I just started making cupcakes for people as a side gig.. or a hobby, whatever you want to call it. This recipe will be perfect for me to actually get to eat what I make. YAY! I am excited to try this. The first thing my son said to me whenever I told him I was going to be watching my calorie intake was, "you are still going to make cupcakes arent you mom?" Now I can and not feel like I cannot enjoy them too.0
