Cool Tool for calculating calories Burned!!

So I just found a neat tool to use!!!!

If you do an exercise and dont know how many calories you burned... you can go to this site.... fill in your weight and what activity... then how many min.. and you have your number!! Pretty cool... try it out! Thought I would share!

    MFP does the same exact thing.

    Ya.. I know it does.. but there are some exercises that are not listed on MFP.. so it will help with those!! ;)

    It looks good for general ideas of calories burned, but I checked it out and it still overestimates the calories I burn during workouts (I use a HRM). I would be careful when using that and not using a HRM.
