    It really depends on what you are eating... I am going through the menopause and am taking some for that specifially but a balanced diet should contain everything you need...

    if you are a diet to lose body fat and are eating nutritious enough foods, there should be no need for any supplements.
  • I think my diet is fairly nutritious as im eating all my meals and not starving myself.
    Is there anything i should take like multi vitimans or fish oils to help with my health.
