After two months, Im back! not gain or loose, i cant! so here I am and need good friends to help me please!!! tried Atkins, bur I hate all that fat! so plese support !!:flowerforyou: :sad: :yawn:

    Eat the foods you like, just make sure the portion size is correct. Get a food scale and stay within your goals. :drinker:

    I know what you mean about the fat. eeewwwww.

    I'm eating cleaner than I ever have in the past and logging it all. Clean, as close to how God made it. I found "The Daniel Plan" and watched the "clean your pantry" mostly of processed foods.

    I underestimate me exercise for example, I love water aerobics (not arthritis stuff) and aqua zumba and I'm in class 1 full hour and record 1/2 hour. That way, I'm not taking credit for warm up/cool down and I'm not eating more than I'm actually burning.

    It's working for me.

    I've lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm not expecting that to last, I know it was a lot of water weight from over indulging for the Holidays and all year really.

    I'm happy with it.

    I was doing p90x, tried insanity, but nope, too crazy!! now I want to start body pump with les mills, or something like that, its very funny! and hard!:sick:
