How do you add 30 Day Shred to your exercise?

How do you add Jillian Michaels 30 DS to your myfitnesspal? I dont see it in the data base for workouts...


Any suggestions?

  • I tried to add it too the DVD with kettle bells but couldn't find it. I just put it under weights.

    log it under circuit training.

    If you dont have an HRM the best way would be to add it under circuit training, but if you have one you can click add an exercise then go to the box and type 30 day shred , the minutes, and what you HRM says you burned. Then it will always be under your exercises.
