workout days and rest days

I'm starting to do toning workouts and want to start running too. I'm not sure what plan would be best - A or B?

It's a toning workout of things like planks, crunches, leg lifts, lunges etc etc0

Assuming you work regular hours, I'd plan to run on one day of the weekend, as that will make it easier for you to do a longer run.
Apart from that, I don't think it makes much difference how you order it all.0 -
I try to run three days a week and cross train two with two days of rest. My days off vary depending on how I feel and how my day goes. I don't like to do both in one day, it feels like too much and I always ending up starving and sore the next day!!! Try them both and see which one works best for you, but remember to give yourself a little bit of flexibility. You may workout one week for six days and feel like you need an extra rest day the next week. And you can still go for a walk on your rest day too.
