    Just gotta say, you were even beautifull in your before pics... but you are Smokin now!!! Thanks for sharing. I still have a lot of weight to loose and Ive had it in my head that even if i get down to where i want to be I will never have a rockin hot body. I weighed 130 when i was in high school and always saw myself as fat then...(of course i wore a size 9 but all my friends were like zero's to size 3) So Ive wondered now being 230lbs, if I will be happy with my body if I can make it to 130...... I think after sucess stories like yours, Im starting to realized I CAN have the body I want. thanks so much and Congratulations on the new you!

    Hi,

    I just joined MFP and wanted to add my congratulations too! You did an amazing job, I've always struggled with my weight and at my highest it was 185lbs, it's currently 153 after many years of yo-yoing and I'm aiming to get down to 135. I know how hard it is to be overweight when you're young and it's truly inspiring that you've stayed motivated and lost so much weight, the right way.
