    This is amazing I had a 60 lb weight loss but this makes me feel like I accomplished nothing (and thats actually an odd/good feeling) congratulations to you and keep it up!! You look F'in fantastic keep hitting those weights you've even got some great muscle definiton coming in! Sky's the limit my friend!

    Wow! I'm blown away... 291 lbs is AMAZING and so is the difference it has made for you! I can imagine it must be frustrating to be sooo close to another milestone, but remember how far you have come! You'll reach 300 soon enough and I can't wait to hear about it when you do!
