Hi All, Need a little motivation, 30 months ago I was homebound for over 2 years, had ate myself to 560 lbs. and had all but given up on life. Could barely walk from room to room (severely bad knee's) and dealing with Severe depression and Social Phobia. I had that AHA moment in May of 2009 and began a journey that has led me to where I am today. The first 3 photo's are me at 560 lbs. , the 2 in the green shirt are from April of 2010 @ 436 lbs. (124 lbs. lost) and the rest are from today at the YMCA at my current weight of 269 lbs. I will be having skin surgery sometime over the summer once I hit my goal weight and total knee replacements in the fall/winter ish (once I am healed from the skin surgery). It has been a long road and one I never thought possible at the beginning but with a lot of hard work and dedication, I now know I can overcome anything in my life.. You have to believe in yourself and work hard everyday to do all the little things to be as successful as you can each and everyday and then get up tomorrow and refocus on the tasks at hand and do it all over again.. Always keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will accomplish anything you set out too..... Thanks for looking and Best of Luck on your Journey's.........................
