Hi

Just joined last week and trying to lose some pounds for a wedding in March - not mine.
Wondering if any good tips , recipes that have been tried and will also suit younger children.

    Hi I''m from Clare but living in Cork. I have four year old twins so kid friendly food in my interest too. Though my two will eat anything mashed with potato that means chilli, curry etc , so I can load them with veg and they don't know it. :devil:
