Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 100.


Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.

The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

    I will do 50 on my lunch break and 50 at the gym tonight as well as my PT session!! :)

    Ummmm. I haven't done push ups in years, but I am going to try. Probably ten a time across the entire day, lol.

    100 "girly" (or "beginner") push ups!! I didn't think I could do it, but I broke it up into 2 groups of 35 and one group of 30. My arms are going to be SO sore tomorrow! I never do push ups...
