Completely depends on my mood. At times I have it on a country music XM station(80's-90's). Or I might be listening to a bit of Christian rock......Thousand Foot Krutch, Family Force Five, Hawk Nelson, Superchick, and The Contact to name a few. When I am on my recumbent stationary bike, I do read books, so no music at that time.

oh! i love Oomph! Not to generalize, but I know a lot of industrialites don't appreciate manson, but his new album was just released...I jogged to it yesterday in the rain, and it had the perfect bpm!

I like him.. he's ok.. The Golden Age of Grotesque is a really good album to jog to.. especially MOBSCENE... at least for me it is. I didnt care for Eat Me, Drink Me... I haven't heard the new one yet.. I'll have to check it out!
