I'm 5'4 and about 155. I'm trying to get at least to 135 and from there until I'm satisfied. I used to be around 135 so I know it will look good and I had some room to lose a bit more.0 -
I am 155 and my goal is 140 as well (I am 5'4 1/2"). I am also medium build and my "best" weights have been around 143.0

5' 5" and looking to get to 125. At 135 now and having a heck of a time getting the last 10 off!! Started this to help me keep track of my work outs and consumption of food and water. 52 years young and I think my age is affecting my slow rate of weight loss. FRUSTRATED0

meee! im 5'5 153 also, mildly active (i try to work out, but 5 am is too early) and will be more active once this internship/masters degree of mine is done in two weeks. i am very pear shaped, build muscle easily, and struggle with binge eating several times a week as well as a healthy social life that consists of beer my goal is 135 or 140 depending on how i lose the weight. in college i got down to 130 but looked very sunken and old in the face and upper body due to my pear shape. i currently run, walk, do brazil butt lift and insanity and lift at the gym, but don't follow ONE workout plan.0

5'5" and started at 161 *this* time. Four children, so I had to restart as many times! Support from my lovely MFP pals and hard work got me down to my original goal of 135, and I am looking to lose another 10 if I can. Anyone can add.0

5'4.75" here! Started at 187 in April, now hovering around 155 - goal is 140.0

I'm 5'4" Goal weight for now is 145. I just reset that. I weigh in right now 153. I might go down to 140 but since I've lost so much already just setting smaller goals. I'm 5'5" and am 153lbs, as well. I can't remember the last time I was in the 130 range, but my goal is to get to 134lbs. I'm not sure if it's 100% realistic, as I have a somewhat muscular build already, but why not try! Anyone can feel free to add me!0

So I am very intrigued with how different people carry different amounts of weight. I am 5' 5" and am currently around 136 lbs. This is my fat weight and would like to get down to 122 lbs. I know this may sound very thin to some of you but in reality I think I look bigger than a lot of you (from profile pics atleast) at my current weight. I have been 122 lbs before (pre pregnancy) so I know what I can look like but its just amazing to see how everybody carrys their weight differently0

It is interesting! The lowest I have ever been was 116 when I was almost 5'4", and that truly didn't look good on me. If it helps, I have a medium build in most places. My last measurements were on 12/24 and were 34-25-36.5. I have a good amount of muscle in my arms and legs and tend to lose around my stomach first.0 -
I could use some twins! I'm 5'4.75" and sitting around 134 from a few vacation/holiday lbs I put on in November and December. I would like to get down to the 115-120 lb range. I have been as low as 130 recently and have never been lower than that since junior high.
I agree with it being interesting how everyone holds their weight differently. I do not look good at 130 at all!

Hey! I could use more MFP friends, especially twins. I'm 5'5 and looking to get down to anywhere from 135-140. Started end of December at 166, my heaviest weight so far in my 25 years but I'm currently at 158 just after 4ish weeks (woohoo!) I'm looking to get down to 140 and then see if I want to be in the 130s. The lowest weight I've ever been is 125 but I started to look too thin at that weight im my opinion. I have a medium build hour glass figure that gets too straight up and down for me when I'm that little. But being 138 would be the best! (not sure why, just love the number 8!) Add me, I'd love more support!0
