    Any DIEt that limits you to mainly one food is only good for the short term. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to have a LIFEstyle change.
    May be good to jump start your weight loss, but I don't think it is something that will be sustainable for a long period of time.

    Personally I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. I could eat a whole box of that stuff and still be hungry at the end of it. How anyone survives eating one bowl for both breakfast and lunch is beyond me.

    I tried it. It works, but it leaves you feeling hungry all the time, so I don't really recommend it!
