Hello! Needing support & encouragement!

Hello! 
I'm new or you could say still working out the kinks to Mfp. I'm trying to aim for a better life style and thinner waist line! Hopefully by the time my other half and myself ever decide to get married ill be at that perfect spot where i am healthy and loving life! Not to say i don't now, the loving life part.
I would just like to be a smaller size! I could use any and all encouragement, to logging everyday but to also stay on track ( i seem to keep getting off the horse, but ever so still getting back on and keep pushing forward! ). I'm determined to record everything i eat so i will realize what i am doing and becoming aware of it. Any help is good, thanks so much ^_^

If you have a smrt phone, I would suggest getting the MFP "app" so that you can log in when you are on the go. That has helped me a lot so I don't have to spend the time in the evening.
It actually gets addicting once you see some positive results :-)

Good luck! remember this is a daily challenge. My fave point to keep focused on when I wake up is...
"Who do I want to be today?"
My answer usually includes something along the lines of "strong, adventurous, focused, etc"
and it helps!!0
