Im 5 9 and right around 150...I could prob get to 145, but in all reality cain't maintain under 150 long term! So going from 246 to 150, Im happy!!0

I'm 5'3" and my first goal is 148 because I remember feeling pretty good at that weight -- and it's still 50 pounds away, so any less seems unimaginable. I guess I'll re-evaluate when I get there!0
