how tall are you and what is your target weight?

5'9" target weight 160 hopefully :happy:

6'3'' and trying to hit 230lbs.

I'm 5' 6" and I'm aiming for 138#! :happy:

^^^This. I am 4.4 lbs away at the moment. Been hanging out here for a couple of months. Looking for friends in the same boat. (ie
less than 5 lbs. from their UGW).

5'2"/5'3" with a target weight between 115 - 125 Lbs.

5'7" and my goal is 144 lbs, just so I can say I lost 100 lbs.

5'8" and 150...maybe down to 130 eventually but 150 for now

5'3, goal weight 110

I'm 5'11 and I want to be 147lbs

5'7 140 for now.

I'm 5'1, 24 years old, and my goal weight is 147lbs (for now) Ultimate goal (120-130lbs)
