Curious, because i did use the search function above. I didn't find anyone showing off results from this book/program. Found tons on 30 Day Shred and C25k, but not for New Rules of Lifting for Women......

Anyone? anyone???

is this from bodybuilding.com? If so then YES! if not, then they have something VERY similar and I did it / loved it

It's a book i got for Christmas by Lou Schuler. The copyright date is 2009, so I didn't think this was a very "new" program. I don't think it has anything to do with bodybuilding.com, but i'm not 100% on that. I don't recall it being mentioned in the book.....

The book is awesome. My sis-n-law used it and swears by it. She works in a gym and teaches classes. She turned me on to NROL for men. Its an excellent read and I learned and improved my technique in the gym. I no longer follow the workout routines in the back of the book (made up my own), but I lift by the principles presented in the book.

I saw someone on here not too long ago that posted their results. I wish I remembered who they were, but they are definitely there!
