Amazing! How did you lose more than 35 lbs since november 1?
I have followed a diet that a Dr. gave me called the 1-2-3 Diet. You can find it at thevitaminstorear.com It is a low carb low glycemic diet that doesn't limit your vegetables and fruits the way some other low carb diets do. Its really easy and a huge variety of foods. I average about 10 trips to the gym a month. I am trying to be more faithful. I have also noticed that the more water I drink the more I lose. I still struggle to drink enough but it shows on the scale when I do. Thats my story. It really works for me.0
