How Do You Log 30 Day Shred?

So I am probably asking a question that has been asked over and over again but how do you log 30 Day Shred in your exercise diary??? I am starting it tonight and I want to make sure I am accurate when I close out my diary after my workout. Thanks in advance!!!
P.S. If you want to add me, I need all the support I can get....... I fell off my calorie counting wagon this weekend and will be kicking my butt this week to make up for it.......

Circuit training is what most people do. It's fairly accurate.0

log it under cardio. circuit training, general for the amount of time you did the dvd. The calories burned are fairly accurate.0
