Hi, I'm LaToya. I'm 30 years old and looking to lose about 25-30lbs. I started the site almost 2 weeks ago and need some support staying on track. I try to work out at least 3 times a week but don't always feel motivated. They say their are strength in numbers and I believe that so let me know if your looking for new friends.

My advice for keeping going is
1. remeber that great feeling after a great work out and use that if you are feeling a bit sluggish you'll feel great after
and
2. if you don't enjoy the exercise try and find a class or activity that is fun for at least one session a week
hula hooping, dance class, pole dance class, having fun while exercising will help keep you going!
