Second class tonight. I absolutely love it. Burn tonnes of calories and it is so much fun! Love it love it love it! x

    I Love Zumba too! My favorite exercise!! Burns ALOT of calories in one hour!!! :happy:

    I bought Wii Zumba before Christmas but have yet to try it - my 14 yr old daughter loves it!

    New to mfp...zumba tomorrow as usual for wed,but it did not come up on the excercise search...how many calories do you count it as...or did you log it as spmething else? Aerobic dance? Thanks!

    I think that I added an exersise named "zumba" and then found out from other websites approx how many calories it burns. 60 minutes is about 400 calories depending on intensity.
