Started P90X last night - logging as Calisthenics?

Hey all, I started P90X last night. Not as bad as I was expecting for a first time and me being out of shape, but I sure by day 6 I will be sore!
Just a question on logging - I went through all possible options and came across a seemingly novel idea - Calisthenics seems to have appropriate calorie-burn for P90X. I don't have a HRM but based on how much I usually sweat and how tired I was after it, choosing "Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort" clocked up 440 cals after 75 minutes. If anything that is undercutting it but I think it might be a handy alternative way to log it.
I was doing Day 1 - Chest and Arms - so moderately energtic. I think when I move on to Pylometrics tomorrow I will use "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" which would clock about 660 cals for 75 mins. Will alternate between the two depending on the level of intensity.
I feel great though! I just have to be disciplined to do it every day.
Anyone else start yesterday or this week? Hope I can make it through to April 18th - that will be just 40 days before my wedding. Gonna hold off buying my morning suit til then!

not sure how P90X works but i do the 30 day shred and how it works is we do Circuits, and if yall do the same i log mine as Circuit training, general 27 min beacuse my video is 27 min long.
hope i helped:)0 -
I would log it as calisthenics, though if you can make it all the way through the plyo video on day one, you're not out of shape lol.0

I watched Plyo after my Chest workout. Looks good and a welcome change from more stength training yesterday.
I couldn't get anywhere through the Ab Ripper X! Does anyone know how you log that by the way? I am using the spreadsheet to log everything else but it doesn't tell you how to log Ab Ripper. He kept going on about over 300 moves so I just estimated how many of those I guessed I completed - only 75!0 -
I'd log ab ripper as calisthenics as well. That plyo workout is really tough if you really work at it. I actually found the Yoga workout the toughest.0
