Does anybody drink green tea?
What do you find are the benefits? I've heard that it can help with fat loss and the body not storing all fat that is consumed??

I have been drinking 4 or 5 cups of green tea with about a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice in each cup.
Started doing this 12 weeks or so ago when I started my diet and I have had a great weight loss, so for me it is great.
Obviously can't say if it is down to the green tea or not but I have read lots of articles regarding the benefits of green tea and I will continue to drink it.
I hated the taste at first but now I love it, especially with the lemon juice, which is a great source of vitamin c.0 -
i drink tons of green tea. usually about three pots over the course of the day. i find it helps keep me hydrated, plus i know it has great antioxidents so i *feel* healthier. i find that it helps to supress hunger (not if you're actually super hungry, but if you are getting a bit peckish between meals it really helps!) and i usually try to make a pot when im having a craving or an unexplained urge to head for the fridge. also super useful for keeping your hands/mouth occupied if you're trying to avoid snacking.
but the reason i really drink so much is because i love the flavour (you can get tons of different loose leaf flavours at tea shops and bulk stores if you get yourself a strainer!) and i find it super soothing.0 -
What type of green tea do you drink? Just plan green tea or is it flavored, has lemon grass added?0
