I reached my goal this morning.

I got up this morning, stepped on the scale and saw I number I haven't seen in...I have no idea how long! I am so thrilled.

I lost the first 15 doing yoga, making some small food changes and watching portions; just things like bringing healthy snacks to work instead of digging in the candy drawer.
The last 15 came off a lot harder of course. That is when I turned to MFP and started counting calories and upped my workout intensity.

Now to maintaining; which I keep hearing is harder than losing. So I plan to stay on MFP, keep counting those calories and keep challenging myself with exercise.

5'4" 125 pounds. I have never been so proud to state my weight!!
