    Mercyme "Move" is a great song!! I also love Kutless. There are loads of Christian musicians out there that will get your blood pumping!

    Hillsongs! I have extracted all their upbeat songs from my CDs and put them on an MP3 player - not only does it keep me moving, it puts me in a great frame of mind as well. I've got it all mixed up with other songs... If I can find a way to copy the titles from my playlist I'll post it for you :)

    I've also got Kim Alexis' CD called "Praise Walk".

    Not into 'rock' ... so no Third Day? How about something like Toby Mac or are you looking more towards contemporary worship (i.e., Hillsong, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder)?

    I know you said no rick but Third Day, Skillet, and Toby Mac are some of my favorites!

    And country "You're gonna Fly" by Keith Urban, "I'm Alright" by Darius Rucker, Some of my favorite all around artists are Miranda Lambert and THe Band Perry and Lady A! I will try to think of some others as the day goes on. My Sister has an awesome colletion of Christian music I will ask her what her favorites are too!

    I just saw an advertisement for "50 #1 workout hits". I know I saw it on Amazon available for downloads. In our house we are into Kutless, MercyMe & Newsboys (among others). I pop in a cd and the next thing I know I have worked out for 30-40 minutes. I can't wait to be healthy enough to do this again!
