Whenever I'm craving something, I just think "Do I really need this? Is it really going to make me happy? Can I afford to eat these extra ___ calories?" I usually pass up the snack! Also maybe try putting MiO in water. I drink that when I'm craving something sweet.0

I don't right now, i just eat less, i am a chocaholic :P i let myself have a small bag of cadbury buttons, right now if i didn't i'd just gorge in a few days0

pop chips, pirate booty, special K cracker chips, all around or a little more than 100 calories and only one serving of carbs, their great if you like chips and popcorn. Also every time you resist the urge to snack the easier it gets, that's what got me through my first year. Also drink water and chew sugar free gum. Extra has some nice flavors like mint chocolate chip, orange creamsickle, watermelon, strawberry shortcake. Wow I am beginning to sound like a Biggest Loser commercial.0

I am the same way! I keep 90 calorie granola bars or brownies (fiber one or special k) and save at least 90-200 calories for my late night snack cravings...0

i like Atkins bars no then 160 calories
or wheat thins tomato and basil 140 calories
that helps my snack cravings0 -
100 calorie packs of popcorn
anything skinny cow is out of this world
frozen grapes (sooo good)
vitatops (soo good when you heat them up a bit.. choc. is my favorite)
I always have the nabisco 100 calorie packs in my house
There are times when carrot sticks and celery just don't cut it...lol0 -
