Hi Everyone - Who has got some breakfast suggestions for me?

I have never really liked eating in the mornings but I get it kicks starts your metabolism and all that jazz...

I train in the morning too, and feel even less like eating afterwards - So I'm looking for something light and low cals - Under 200, but 150 mark would be better...

I am sooo sick of eggs, I feel like I've been eating cereal my whole life, and I snack on fruit throughout the day so don't really want to eat it for brekky too...

FUSSY - I KNOW!! Heheh... Any suggestions?? :flowerforyou: Thanks in advance!
I am so glad you posted this!! I am exactly the same. breakfast is just hard to get down...

Yes, Greek yogurt is awesome for those of us who hate breakfast! You can't beat 140 calories and 14g of protein. My other alternative is an EAS protein shake, 110 calories and 17g protein.

For the past 2 years I've been eating oatmeal and strawberries. Can't go wrong. 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1 cup of frozen strawberries. It is THE best!!

I love Fiber one bars. They keep me full in the mornings and are good on the go. Chocolate chip and the peanutbutter are my favorite ones.

I have a Ham and Cheese toastie every morning. Using wholemeal bread and low fat cheese and lean ham and it's about 215 cals. Very filling!

Oatmeal is probably one of the best breakfast foods you can find. I get the unflavored instant kind (the flavored stuff has a lot of sugar). Then I add a small handful of berries or a sliced banana.

    Delicious and nutritious!
