I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 180... I know its still over weight for that height BUT its my goal and I WILL get there!0

5'0 goal weight will depend on how I look. I have this picture in my mind of how I WANT to look so if I look that way at 125, I'll stop. If not, I'll keep going :happy: So, 125-120 I'm thinking somewhere around there0

I'm 5'....started at 157 in June. Now I'm about 136..working my way down to 120....but losing my motivation...getting burnt out0

I am 5' 1 too.
I don't know what I am in lbs. I once weighed myself at Ripleys in Hollywood and was 118lbs.
I was 50kgs - but I'd love to be back to 40kgs (pipe dream)
I am currently 47kgs and have a double chin, love handles and a pooch. sigh.
I have no set goal weight - just want the pooch gone for now.0 -

Wow! I never considered going as low as 110 lbs!
I'm 5'0" and currently weigh 125 - which was my goal. And my body is feeling comfortable there. But then again, I'm 50 years old and not 20, so I'm sure that must make some difference...0 -
Im 5'1 3/4 : ) After kids ive always felt good at 150 It's higher that recommended but thats where I feel good like my curves :bigsmile:0

5' 2" and dream goal is 99. Realistic goal is 105. Spent most of my post-college life between 105-110, although I was 95-99 for many years when I worked as a backcountry ranger.0

I'm so happy to find so many people my height! I'm 5'0.5" (soo close to 5'1"). I just started at MFP and my current weight is ~132 or so, fluctuate from 131 to 135 My first goal weight is 120. Then maybe 115.0

I'm 5'1. CW is 144 (my heaviest ever). I'd like to get down to 123-124(thats what I was in high school/first year of college). I've had to totally change my eating habits, and my husband and I just joined Lifetime gym this month (we try to go 5 times/week) Hopefully I can reach my goal weight by June 1 2012.0

5'1" I would love love love to be 120. Lowest I got was 125 almost 2 years ago. I slid on my diet (but remained active) and my weight crept back up to 140. Im a week in to my routine and im feeling motivated (and sore)!

I'm about to turn 34. 179 lbs is my highest weight. My past two jobs have been stressful and my eating schedules are all over the place(In approximately 5 years I gained 50lbs or so). MFP help me to keep track and eat regularly. I've lost about 13lbs since September. I hope to get to my goal weight around 120-125lbs. I have a long way to go.0

id say just do what most of the other people are doing...get small goals and see how you look and feel. I know its not the same, but not that i leaned out i want to put on some more muscle so right now i have a 10lb weight gain goal (i think i might want 15 or 20, but i have no clue of how id look at that wight, or feel...) I know when i was 285lb and fat i felt sluggish...but maybe muscle will be different? or maybe ill be happy with the 10lbs of muscle...anyways...id say just keep at it and when you feel good when you look at yourself (and feel healthy)...that's your goal weight.0

i'm 5'0'' and around 113 (as of yesterday morning) but i'd like to be more around 100, possibly 95. im a gymnast so im in a leotard a lot of the time so i'd like to be slim yet healthy.
first goal weight- 105
second- 100
ugw- 95-970 -
