I'm 5 feet tall...started out at 150 this summer, somehow I got down to 135 (I think it was job/school stress). Now, I'm trying to lose weight for real and actually KEEP it off by changing my lifestyle habits into something more healthy. My goal is about 110. Maybe 115 if I'm comfortable there.

5'1" my goal is 130. When i get there, i will re-assess. I dont care if i way 115 or 140, so long as i am in a healthy range for my frame and am toned, strong, and fit.
I'll add that my starting weight in November was 193.6 and i am now 169.6
For a brief period of time in high school i got down to 117 or so, but lowest adult weight was 130ish. I felt still overweight, but i was not actively working out, so 130 and strong would be fantastic :)

Anyone with similar stats feel free to send me a friend request!

I'm 4'9" and currently weigh 130lbs. I goal is to reach 110 by summer this year. My final goal, I'd like to be right at about 100lbs. Since I'm so short this seems like a healthy weight! :flowerforyou:

I'm 5' and want to get back to 120, which is what I weighed when my husband and I moved in together.
Hey we have some things in common. I am also 5' and my goal is 120. That's what I weighed when I got pregnant with my first baby.

I'm just under 5'2", my goal weight is 125-130. I'm currently 164 and at my heaviest 4 years ago I was 197 (YIKES!!). I have fluctuated between 160 & 185 over the past few years but have finally found a healthy way to lose & get fit. Slow & steady wins the race! haha I'm sure I will be able to keep it off once I get there...hopefully in the next few months=)

Just barely 5'2 here. I'd love to get back down to 120, but I'm shooting for 130 to start with.
