i read somewhere that if you have a cup of tea after breakfast and lunch it helps control hunger? anyone else heard of that??

    I heard that too, but only about green tea. However, I also heard that it is not good to drink after you eat since it will dilute gastric juice.

    I don't know if this is actually true, but anything with caffeine in it always curbs my hunger. Maybe tea will have the same effect?

    Also, I guess any liquid is going to make you feel a little bit full.

    The thing that always works for me is a small apple, it's an awesome, natural and low calorie appetite suppressant. And it's freakin' tasty!
