How often do you weigh yourself? I don't want to become obsessed with the scale or the number on it.

I weigh myself everyday but only log it on Fridays!0

I weigh once a week on the days I report. Then I am excited and not discouraged with the results.0

intendin to weigh myself every sunday... so a week, if my first weigh in dont show much difference i may even leave it to weeks or a month... go with the flow i guess0

I've always been told to not weigh yourself too much. Many things can affect your weight from day to day and you don't want to discourage yourself on a day that you may simply just have a little more water weight. I would say once a week at the most. Personally, I weigh once every two weeks. Good luck!!0
