Don't freak out about it, life happens.

    Just get back to it..
  • Yes, unfortunately this weight is stuck with you forever now. You can no longer get rid of it especially by hard work.

Are you logging everything accurately? If so, you need to eat more. A lot more. 200 calorie days are not good for you and they will make your body crave and eventually you'll end up binging. Just make sure you're eating healthy and getting enough calories, and the occasional slip up won't throw you off.

This won't hurt you if you're in this for the long.

In order to make it in the long run, you need to keep your body running optimally. This means, stop these very low calorie days you've been logging, and start hitting the number MFP is giving you.
  • wow thanks for the words of wisdom everyone........... lol

    LMAO!
  • Everyones being kinda sarcastic and mean s: Or at least that's how i'm reading it.

No, you won't gain the weight back. I've binged the past four days, and I haven't gained a pound at all! I was surprised. I'm getting back into it tomorrow and hope i'll never go on a binge like this again.

    Goodluck<3

unless there's a ton of food you're not logging I don't see anything even remotely close to a cheat, in fact only one day over 1000 calories?
