So as many of you know, the weekends are the devil when it comes to dieting. I loooove being away from school but my diet always seems to go down the drain when I break my daily routine. So that's why this weekend, I'm going to have WEEKEND WILLPOWER! Who's with me??? We can do this!! WEEKEND WILLPOWER!!

    I usually only track during the week so the weekends end up messing up all of my losses for the week. I am with you. WEEKEND WILLPOWER!

    I'm in too!! It took me most of this week to recover from last weekend's awful eating! WEEKEND WILLPOWER!!!

    I weigh on Sun morning so if I mess up Fri or Sat it kills me. I also make sure I drink a lot of water and green tea to help me feel full and not want to snack. I plan well, and have lots of low cal healthy things around! Those things help me.

    I definetly need WEEKEND WILLPOWER. My mom is making our late Christmas dinner. Prime Rib is great however it's all the other stuff I'm worried about.................

    I feel ya girl! We are having a buffet lunch at work today. I have a dinner with my hubby for his company tonite, and girls nite tomorrow!!! YIKES! WILLPOWER!!!!

    I totally have the same problem! It sucks casue you are hanging out with everyone and they are EATING WHAT EVER THEY WANT and here I am thinking I shouldn't but then break down to the temptation. I find it harder if you have a more social weekend vs just hanging at home. All social things always have food. And usually not the "healthy stuff". WEEKEND WILLPOWER. I need it more than ever I am at the last 10 lbs! So hard to get those last few lbs off.

    I have to disagree with this, I think willpower plays a big role in making conscious healthy eating choices. (At least for me it does!) But I also hold myself accountable, because it is MY willpower and no-one else's! :)

    But to each their own!

    Saturdays I challenge myself with a super hard routine because Sundays are my Day of Rest so to speak :)

    This Saturday, Its a 5K and then off to softball practice :)

    My biggest problem on the weekends is being 21 and missing my lovely alcohol. But I've gone 2 weekends without it- Just have to keep reminding myself this weight loss is worth it to miss out on a few months of drinking with friends.

    Alcohol loosens me up and keeps me from saying no to unhealthy food and more booze. I always seem to weigh more on Monday's than any other day of the week. I have often used the excuse that my boyfriend is a bad influence but he has been a great influence this year.
