Hi Missy, For me I keep it up pretty much all day, just to say hi and high-five people who are doin' their part to take care of themselves. I log every crumb, boy I tell ya, THAT'S a real eye opener. Use the food and exercise database, there's a lot in there. I also joined a site called www.sparkpeople.com, this site is similar, but has tips, recipes, exercise videos, it's another great tool to help me stick with my goal. You're here, so you're doing great! Having this crazy bunch of cheerleaders is my little Jimney Cricket in my ear when I don't feel like exercising, or do feel like eating. Have a great day!
