Hey guys! i find these posts very motivating!!!! so lets see what you have accomplished and what your "summer" goal is going to be!

the beginning 170lbs 17%BF

This is what i WILL look like! guy is 6'2 180lbs.. i will be around 6'2 185-190lbs so ill be even bigger n leaner

    Sooo not happening. I'm still in the "before" stage, 2 lbs is not enough to be posting any photos.
